Making a return or exchange is easy.

Just send us an email and post your item(s) back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Returns outside these time frames will not be accepted.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size,

however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Shipping is also free on the replacement item,

but if you are based outside of Hong Kong, you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

Exchange you item for an alternative style is not allowed. Simply write us an email subjecting

"Exchange" and give us the size that preferred size.
